The Forum is organized by the Platform of Opportunities «Tvorim Dobro» : Platform of Opportunities “We Do Good”, BRICS Cultural Media Forum “BCMF”, Association “International Aerospace System of Global Monitoring and Forecasting” (IASM), International Festival of Theater Schools of the BRICS Countries (Institute of Theater Arts named after People’s Artist of the USSR I.D. Kobzon) with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
- Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, speaking about the priorities of Russia's chairmanship in BRICS, mentioned the development of economic partnership, cooperation in science and innovation, security and counter-terrorism, culture, and sports. Yury Ushakov, the Russian President's assistant for foreign policy, told TASS about Moscow's priorities, the prospects for BRICS development and expansion, and Western attempts to undermine this association. "The main event of Russia's chairmanship will undoubtedly be the BRICS Summit in Kazan from October 22-24. This will be the first summit in an expanded format. Cooperation within BRICS is a major vector of Russia's long-term foreign policy. This interaction aligns with our national interests and supports the formation of a fair multipolar world order, creating equal opportunities for all countries."

GOAL
The preparation of an appeal to the BRICS Summit in Kazan to sign a petition on nuclear safety by the heads of states possessing nuclear weapons: Russia, China, India, Pakistan, North Korea, the USA, the UK, and France. Preparing proposals for BRICS leaders to strengthen international relations and cooperation on global economic development, planetary security, and national health in line with the official agenda of Russia's chairmanship.
